Stretching and mobility can alleviate pain and tightness, promote relaxation and allow you to get to know your body. Good mobility is a prerequisite for good athletic performance.
Strength Training
I've experience doing Weightlifting, Powerlifting, CrossFit, Callisthenics and more. I use my experience to improve your physical capabilities and I make it fun at the same time. Training with me is not only doing the same exercises and lifting more, it's also learning skills and new ways to move.


Taekwondo
My main focus in Taekwondo is Poomsae and the basics. I can help you improve your kicks and stances. If you dream of doing that vertical side kick, I know how to help.
